It took well over an hour to pick Up my vehicle making me late for the rest of my day. No apologies or discounts on my bill. Car had a very odd odour, not sure exactly but the cleaning products made it smell strongly of something I would liken to a “barn or farm” setting. I accidentally drove through one section of the 407 and they charged me $50, no sympathy. The office space and washroom were also straight up filthy. Avoid here if possible.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are a scam and fraud directly. First, they brought me a manual car. When I wanted to change to automatic, they charged me $150. It is a small car. It costs $57 a day. No problem. When I returned the car, they found a small scratch on the left side of the car. When I asked the specialists, they told me that it cost only $20, but they charged me $557. When I told them I have insurance, they told me that we do not deal with insurance. I told them to take the car and fix it. They told me no. I have never seen a company that deals in this way. When I asked people near them, they told me that they are like this or that they have many complaints with foreigners. They always scam foreigners. For small matters, it is better to stop dealing with the Green Motion company.

They canceled my reservation because I didn’t provide my flight number. I arrived at destination without notice of the cancellation and had to find a backup

I picked this company because I thought they were at the airport, when in fact, you have to wait for a shuttle to come. However, once we got to their location, everything was fabulous, I appreciated both the car I got and the service team.

The office was clean and well located, and staff was friendly and efficient. Sadly, because it was a single staff, though, it took nearly an hour to get our car. And because the location is on a terribly busy street, they bring the car to the sidewalk, which is treacherous to drive on and off. It was a nerve-wracking experience.

The original price was very good but the company obliged us to pay their own insurance even if we had already paid the insurance in Kayak. We definitely do not recommend this service.

Be aware of extra costs that they are adding /trying to add after you have booked the car from Kayak. Car shape was very poor (scratches, leaking tyre etc.)

The car was good and process was simple, though there was a surprise car wash free with the car pickup rental and then had to wait on the return since they thought I might have scratched the right tire rim, but it was already scratched. Hope this helps! Cheers!
